Sales Companion

Sales Companion was a complete refresh of Marriott's virtual presentation software. Redesigned with modern visuals and functionality, Sales Companion is a complete platform for advertising hotels. Users can customize images, descriptions, local points of interest on a map, and build complete custom sections. Presentations are delivered over email or text message and can be exported to PDF with a click. The platform was expanded over time to support travel agents and training programs.

Financial Website Redesign

When several major financial companies merged into a brand new entity, they needed a brand new website. I led engineering on the project to build out an AI-first experience, getting multiple teams with different disciplines to work together and integrate with the client's existing systems. We created a chatbot experience using embeddings that was capable of answering hundreds of questions and directing users to the right page on the site, and it significantly lowered calls to human support.

ClearCompany HRM

ClearCompany builds software to manage human resources needs, including online applications, applicant tracking, performance review, and integration with other services. One of my biggest projects at the company was leading development of a new online application system, focused on creating a completely customizable system with a drag-and-drop form builder and custom rules to automatically move applicants to different statuses.

Technical Writing
